Instructor Heather Babbie can help you reach your goals through a variety of fitness classes. 

We offer Zumba, Pilates, Rhythm Barre, and TRX.

Classes are offered by session or on a drop in basis.

Pilates	Stott Pilates exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the 	muscle around the joints. 	$96 for 8 weeks or $13 per Drop In

Zumba  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training 	are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.	$72 for 8 weeks or $10 per Drop In

TRX  	Builds core strength and muscular endurance, while also improving your balance and flexibility. 
	$96 for 8 weeks or $13 per Drop In

Rhythm Barre  	Upper body toning with weights, lower body endurance exercises, intense abdominal series 	and stretching. 	$72 for 8 weeks or $10 per Drop In
