WARRIOR CLASSES

Warrior Class Structure

 

  • Warrior classes begin with introductions,rule setting and a warm up.
  • Next is a skill review. Coaches will break down the skill, movement or obstacle of the day.
  • Then we apply the skill to a challenge/obstacle course
  • Warriors in training will have approximately 15-20 minutes to run the course while instructors break it down.

NINJA WARRIOR TRAINING GROUNDS

NWTG is specifically designed for kids. The focus is developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance. We want to create a strong mind and body through fitness in a fun and safe manner. By learning new obstacles it helps athletes develop a positive mindset towards themselves and others. Setting and achieving goals will help boost their self-confidence and self-worth.
